As a former organizational founder and sales and operations builder, I love start-ups and growth-stage organizations. I've started and run schools, coached organizational leaders, and helped build a multi-million dollar sales team.I know what it takes to build. And I can help you and your team do it, too.

I support startup and growth-stage organizations on a monthly retainer to help build infrastructure, organization, and recommend roles and responsibilities. As a fractional consultant, you'll get an experienced executive and project manager for 4-12 months as we build the systems to set your future team up for success.
Pricing
I offer monthly retainer options starting at 4-month commitments to give us time to tackle the thorny problems you're facing.These project-based retainers start at $4500 per month for up to 40 hours of availability.
